The association is responsible for running, administering, managing and coordinating football activities within the jurisdiction of Kwazakhele Township in the metro. OPECS aims to add value in the football growth and development of Kwazakhele Township, thus creating a platform for the Association to contribute in the growth and prosperity of Nelson Mandela Bay and South Africa.
